The past one week got Nigerians talking about rape, consent and sexual abuse. We were able to see some terrible comments and it's really saddening how most Nigerians do not understand the simple meaning of consent, abuse, sexual molestation and the trauma that come with these sad incidents. .

Daughters Who Walked This Path did a very great job in discussing this sensitive topic - sometimes story telling does the magic. .

I remember when I began flipping through the pages of the book – OF WOMEN AND FROGS in December of 2017. I got an advanced copy from @farafinabooks and all I could think about was gifting a thousand copies to young girls in secondary schools. Before I was done, I knew I had to add it to my book club’s reading list for 2019. We read it in the month of March and had the rare privilege of having the author at the monthly meeting. This event was also featured on the CHANNELS TV BOOK CLUB.
